Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. Move to a bigger plan whenever you need to; your products, sales and staff stay. If you need one more till or a few more users, add just that without changing plan. Extra branches are priced by plan and capped: past the cap, the next plan costs less than the extras would, so you upgrade instead.

Which model should I choose?

A subscription costs less up front and spreads the cost over time. Buying once costs more at the start, then you only pay yearly maintenance. In both, your shop runs on our cloud.

How does M-Pesa work on each plan?

We connect your own till or paybill, so the money goes straight to you. There are three levels: Basic (KES 5,000) records payments with manual code confirmation, Standard (KES 10,000) adds STK push with automatic confirmation, and Advanced (KES 15,000) adds till reconciliation, transaction querying and automatic allocation. Standard includes M-Pesa Standard. Business and Pro include M-Pesa Advanced. Moving up a level costs only the difference.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Start a free 14-day demo with sample products. When you're ready, we move you to a live shop and your login stays the same.

What happens after I pay?

We get a notification straight away and call you to set up your shop, connect M-Pesa and load your products. You'll get an M-Pesa receipt for the payment.
